Fantastic locals place with yummy food and limited, but delicious, drink list. Hard to find but totally worth it for the view over Templo Santo Domingo and the surrounding plaza. From the set, up it looks like they occasionally have live music as well.

Traveling from Australia for our wedding could have been overwhelming, but Leilani and her team made the entire process seamless. Their attention to detail and support every step of the way were truly remarkable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Oaxaca with the iconic Santo Domingo Church as a backdrop. The setting was absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant was decorated so thoughtfully that it felt like something out of a dream. The food and drinks were top-notch, and our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. The entire team at Los Andantes went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. If you’re planning an event in Oaxaca, this is the place to do it. We couldn’t recommend Los Andantes more highly, they made our big day magical!
We had dinner at Los Andantes Terazza and had a great experience. I give it 5 stars not because the restaurant itself is incredible (food was good, but not great) but I think the experience is well worth it for some drinks and a bite. One of the best sunset views in Oaxaca Centro and live music - it might not blow your socks off but you can’t get a better combination ! The staff were friendly and helpful, I definitely would recommended for a causal dining experience if you’re in Oaxaca for a few nights!

My favourite rooftop ever. We had a view of the cathedral, two different wedding parades. Sat with a delicious pina colada watching the sun go down. One of my happiest moments in Mexico. And the service was great! You access it through a little courtyard area. Clean toilets too!
